Returns & Exchanges

At Natural Life, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece doesn't feel quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
